Headquarters Barber Company is a woman-owned and operated barbershop. Founded in 2019 by dual-licensed barber Melanie Cassell, Headquarters Barber Company began in a quaint, two-chair suite in a 1930s South Roanoke home. After 3 1/2 years, HQBC made a brief pit-stop to the sunroom of local dive bar FITA, where we then moved to a historic building with a barbershop legacy of 55 years, Downtown!
